South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Guitar Tutor to join our team. We are looking for a confident practitioner with the skills to teach both children and adult learners across a range of ability levels.
About The Role
You will assist in the delivery of our programme of progressive classes and courses, as well as one-off workshops and events. Our programmes run throughout the year and may take place during the daytime, evenings, and weekends. Classes are delivered across multiple venues in South Lanarkshire, supporting diverse age groups and learning needs. The ability to travel between locations is therefore highly desirable.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an appropriate qualification or can demonstrate relevant experience within the discipline
- Can deliver engaging, structured sessions for children and adults
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is flexible and able to work across different locations
- Is passionate about inspiring learners and developing confidence
