Location: Meldrum House, East Kilbride.

Hours: 28.5 hours per week, permanent. Work pattern: Nights 10:00pm – 07:30am, 9.5 hours per shift (no unpaid break).

Salary: £30,700 – £31,577 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care for older people, preferably within a residential setting, and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
  • Construct a person‑centred support plan, implement, review, and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility.
  • Contribute to the assessment and review processes and administer medicines as prescribed.
  • Shift and weekend working is essential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an HNC, or be willing to work toward these qualifications.
