Location: 24hr Control Centre for Out of Hours Emergencies, Hamilton Business Unit, Pollock Avenue, Hamilton

Hours: Zero Hours / Sessional

Hourly Rate: £16.07 per hour

We are looking for flexible and reliable Sessional Call Handling Assistants to support our busy customer service team during peak periods. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments. You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
