Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm
Salary: £24,325 – £26,150 per year

Job profile.
A vacancy has arisen for a Clerical Assistant within Finance and Corporate Resources. This role involves working in our busy HR Recruitment Team managing the end-to-end recruitment process, whilst providing proactive support to employees and managers in relation to a wide range of HR related enquiries and policy matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the Finance and Corporate Resources HR Recruitment Team.
- Provide proactive support to employees and managers regarding HR related enquiries and policy matters.
- Organise and manage workload effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a personal desire and commitment to provide high-quality customer focused service.
- Exhibit excellent IT skills.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team in a highly professional manner.
- Exercised confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
