Location: Council HQ Floor 13, Hamilton.
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:45 - 4:15pm.
Salary: £42,228 - £43,158 per year.
Education Resources have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to undertake the role of Administration Officer, to support the delivery of new digital systems and processes within the Central Support Services team for a fixed term of 12 months.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of leading a team through a period of change. Service delivery is paramount, therefore you should be able to display a commitment to the principles of customer care, demonstrate flexibility and have experience of working to targets and pre-determined timescales.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders is vital in this role, therefore you should have excellent IT skills with the ability to produce reports/analyse data and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
