We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Principal Teacher to join our Specialist Support Team, supporting children and young people with additional support needs (ASN) across Clydesdale. This key role involves working closely with schools to deliver high-quality support for pupils, leading targeted initiatives, and overseeing the work of specialist support staff. You will contribute to training, parenting programmes, and school improvement activities, while supporting inspection readiness and promoting inclusive practice.
At both operational and strategic levels, you will play a vital part in driving improvement, contributing to authority-wide developments, and ensuring the highest standards of support for our learners.
