Location: Meldrum House, East Kilbride

Remuneration: £30,700 – £31,577 per annum

Hours: 28.5 hrs per week, permanent full‑time.

Work pattern: Nights 10:00 pm to 07:30 am, 9.5 hrs per shift, no unpaid break.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality personal care to older people in a residential setting.
  • Develop, implement, review and evaluate person‑centred support plans for service users.
  • Contribute to assessment and review processes and administer medicines as prescribed.
  • Work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Assist in a collaborative team environment to achieve care objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Care, or an HNC, or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
  • Experience caring for older people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Knowledge of personal care practices and medication administration.
