Position Overview: Social Care Worker role within South Lanarkshire Council, located in Meldrum Gardens, East Kilbride.
Hours & Salary: 30 hours per week, permanent. Salary: £33,239 - £34,209.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to older people, preferably in residential settings.
- Construct person‑centred support plans, implement, review, and evaluate their effectiveness.
