The predicted salary is between 43136 - 44081 £ per year.
We require experienced Domestic Heating Engineers to support the delivery of domestic heating works within Building Services. You will have a flexible approach to the day-to-day running of the Domestic Heating Section within South Lanarkshire Council.
You will be time-served with trade qualifications within your relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate sound practical technical competencies in managing and delivering jobs. You should be able to display a sound knowledge and experience within the domestic gas industry including the repair and maintenance of HE boilers.
A pre-requisite of this role is that you must possess current domestic gas qualifications with a minimum of 1 year remaining. The qualifications sought after are CCN1/HTR1/WAT1/MET1/CKR1/CEN1/CPA1.
You should demonstrate a commitment to the principles of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working to targets and pre-determined timescales along with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
