Work pattern: Nights 10:00pm – 07:30am, 9.5 hours per shift (no unpaid break).

Key Responsibilities- Provide care for older people, preferably within a residential setting, and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
- Construct a person‑centred support plan, implement, review, and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility.
- Contribute to the assessment and review processes and administer medicines as prescribed.
- Shift and weekend working is essential.
- Hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an HNC, or be willing to work toward these qualifications.
