Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services to homeless households, supporting clients in vulnerable or distressed situations.
- Organise, prioritise and adapt workload to meet changing priorities and deliver a quality service.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with a variety of agencies.
- Respond to and manage your own caseload in a reactive role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Similar experience working in a housing support service with clients in vulnerable or distressed situations.
- Good understanding of current issues and legislation relating to the protection of children and vulnerable adults.
- Practical knowledge of IT packages including Academy and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational, prioritising, communication and liaising skills.
Eligibility for the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2020 and Disclosure Scotland Act 2020
Must be able to provide necessary checks.

The post is excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2020 and is a Regulated Role with Adults under the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020.
