Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm
Salary: £29,326 - £29,745 annual salary
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a full time Administration Assistant within Community & Enterprise Resources. This post requires a motivated individual to provide administrative support to Planning and Building Standards services, based in Almada Street, Hamilton.
The main duties of the post include:
- Registering and processing planning and building standards applications and related correspondence
- Issuing decisions
- Processing payments and related banking duties
- Digitising planning applications
- Preparing and issuing neighbour notification notices
Training will be provided as required but you will be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills and experience in undertaking a broad range of administrative duties.
