Location and Hours
Location: Various Locations throughout South Lanarkshire
Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week on a term time or 52 week basis
Work Pattern: 5 days over 7 shift pattern - Monday – Friday various hours available
Hourly Rate: ÂŁ13.64 - ÂŁ14.33 per hour

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning function within the premises. Ensuring unit grounds are kept in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles ensuring Health and safety of staff and visitors. To monitor the activities of lessees and contractors reporting any issues to line manager. To log, monitor and report all damage/faults in relation to the fabric and fixtures. To liaise with external contractors and lessees, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to. To effectively communicate with the Facilities Manager; Head of Establishment/lessees and Team Members to ensure the customer needs are met on a daily basis.
