Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing meals within recipe guidelines and undertaking all hygiene work practices in relation to the storage, preparation, cooking and service of food, including the cleaning of food production areas, equipment and utensils.
Qualifications & Legal Requirements
The post is excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Scotland Act 2020. This post is a Regulated Role with Children and/or Adults, in accordance with the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020. Applicants barred from working with children and/or adults will not be considered. Applicants born outside the UK or who have lived or worked outside the UK for a continuous period of twelve months in the past ten years must provide an Overseas Criminal Records Check, translated into English and signed by the relevant authority, confirming no history of criminal proceedings. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to a formal offer of employment.
