An exciting job opportunity has arisen for one full time Clerical Assistant within Community and Enterprise Resources. This post requires a motivational individual to provide administrative support to Waste and Grounds Services. You must have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines, be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and experience in undertaking a broad range of clerical tasks. You will also be required to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues. Training will be provided but the post requires good IT skills with vast experience in Microsoft Packages.

  • Location: Forrest Street Depot, 18 Forrest Street, Blantyre, G72 0JP
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm
  • Salary: £25,183 – £27,063
