We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, Performance and Support Services team, with Clerical Assistant vacancies within Blantyre LIFE Care Facility and Meldrum Gardens Residential Care Home. These are rewarding roles which give you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s public service delivery. Responsibilities
- Provide a front-line reception service
- Data inputting to our Social Work case management system
- Providing a word processing service
- Minute taking and distribution
- Arranging meetings using the MS Office Outlook facility
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Answering and fielding phone calls
- Using Multi Functional Devices
- Scanning and indexing documents
- Other general administrative tasks to support our operational staff
We would welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages and it’s desirable that you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office setting, although required training will be provided.
