Working Hours: 28.11 hours per week, Monday to Friday split shifts between 7am and 5.30pm.

Role Overview: The Passenger Services section of South Lanarkshire Council is responsible for transporting groups to Social Work Centres and Schools. You will drive, operate, maintain and be responsible for an allocated vehicle, adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate the allocated vehicle safely and reliably.
- Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine checks.
- Follow maintenance schedules and report issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and transport regulations.
- Assist passengers with entry and exit as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Category D1 driving licence.
- Valid CPC card.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Additional Requirements:
- Completing a PVG scheme check or update prior to offer.
- Passing an Overseas Criminal Records Check if applicable.
