The predicted salary is between 26700 - 39600 £ per year.
As a member of the Digital Transformation team, you will work collaboratively across departments to provide innovative, effective and student-centred services.
The main duties of this role include ensuring the accuracy, relevance and efficiency of student records, admissions and guidance processes while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and external regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC/D or equivalent level of qualification, preferably in Administration, Information Systems or other related area. With experience in an administrative support role, you will also have experience of working with information systems, databases and report writing tools.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by South Lanarkshire College.
