The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The Digital Learning and Teaching Facilitator will be responsible to the Learning and Teaching Innovation Manager for providing specialist support to staff and students to enhance learning, teaching and assessment through the effective use of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).

The main duties of this role include:

  • Developing E-Learning resources
  • Facilitating staff training
  • Supporting students in digital study skills
  • Enhancing and maintaining digital platforms to improve the overall learning experience

The successful candidate must possess a qualification related to any of the following: teaching, training, learning & development, digital technologies, computing or an associated subject. Experience in using or supporting digital learning technologies, including AI tools, in an education or training environment is essential.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by South Lanarkshire College.
