We’re working with a forward-thinking housing association looking to appoint an Assistant Financial Accountant to support their Finance Manager across treasury, VAT, cashflow forecasting and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA) or someone qualified by experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced finance environment.

Role responsibilities

  • Cashflow forecasting and treasury support
  • VAT, CIS and regulatory submissions
  • Assisting with monthly and annual accounts
  • Supporting audits and financial controls
  • Producing accurate financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
