Leanne and the Customer first team are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to help support our customers.
Part-time (30 hours per week)
Salary up to £26,905 per annum (Pro-rata)
Plus a benefits package worth up to £3,000 per year (pro-rata).*
*Based on minimum employer pension contributions and maximum available benefit allowances.
As Customer Servicers Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner and aiming to deliver a right first-time service. You will promote and support customers to access our digital services.
