We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure continuous workflow
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
