Tenancy Support Officer

Salary:SK10 (£29,241 per annum)

Contract:Permanent

Core areas of work include; Providing high quality, customer focused tenancy sustainment services to homeless households placed in temporary accommodation. Providing information and guidance to help clients sustain their tenancy or better manage their existing housing in readiness for them to move into more settled accommodation. Advocating for clients in dealings with other council departments and external agencies and ensuring effective partnership arrangements are in place to sustain tenancies, leading on the client centered approach, working with partners to support customers.
