Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of all planned Mechanical and Electrical, Heating, and Health and Safety contracts, completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Manage and lead a small team of surveyors, providing high-quality services to the Council's housing stock and wider estate portfolio.
  • Ensure that the Council's property and estates are maintained in a safe condition, minimizing risks as a landlord.
