The predicted salary is between 17500 - 21000 £ per year.

Hours: 18.5 Hours per week

Salary: SK10 pro rata (£29,241 per annum)

Contract: Fixed Term - 12 Months

Core areas of work include:

  • Providing high quality, customer focused tenancy sustainment services to vulnerable council tenants, or applicants requesting rehousing who are in severe housing need (e.g. homeless).
  • Providing information and guidance to help clients sustain their tenancy or better manage their existing housing situation and improve the quality of life for them and other residents in the community.
  • Advocating for clients in dealings with other council departments and external agencies and ensuring effective partnership arrangements are in place to sustain tenancies, leading on the client centered approach, working with partners to support customers.
