Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee external repairs contractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with agreed contract documents and the Council's policies.
- Undertake pre- and post-inspections to Council-owned properties to assess condition and identify repairs required.
- Promote the Council’s vision, values, aims, objectives and priorities, putting tenants first through delivering best-value services.
- Work with various teams to deliver a successful and efficient contractor work stream.
