About the Role

As a Dental/ Oral Health Therapist, you will be committed to evidence based prevention and treatment strategies;sealing permanent molars, with dental assistants applying fluoride varnishbetween examination appointments. We support best practice methods including HallCrowns and provide all therapists with the full range of restorativeoptions.

You will join our team in the Nelson, Tasman or Marlborougharea.

These are full time or part-time permanent opportunities working upto 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will work with you to meet yourneeds around days of work.

The hours are between 7.00AM to 6.00PMwith flexibility as mutually agreed. Clinics will run in most instances between0800-1700 hours.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our facilities are modern andcomputerised, using Titanium with digital radiography. We employ 1:1ratio of dental assistants to therapists with reception staff to support.You will be supported by your own assigned Clinical Coordinator as we tailorour orientation to your needs and professional skills.

About you

As a Dental / Oral Therapist, you will:

  • Be registered New ZealandDental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist with annual practicingcertificate;
  • Have sound knowledge oforal health promotion;
  • Have excellentorganisation and time management skills;
  • Be flexible and adaptablewithing a changing environment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
