Further information about the job:
The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. The team at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form are looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.
What does the role involve?
- Supervising classes in the absence of their subject teacher
- Providing support to departmental colleagues and teams
- Completing administrative duties such as recording attendance and communicating with colleagues across the school
The working hours are from 08:25am to 15:30pm Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 31.25 hours per year, to attend team meetings and training and development outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be starting from £20,248.13 per annum, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
