About the Role

As our Aids and Adaptation Property Surveyor, you'll be the key link between residents, contractors, occupational therapists, and internal teams. Your role will centre around stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every adaptation project is delivered with empathy, efficiency, and impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents requiring adaptations to their homes.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including social care teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinating assessments, approvals, and installations of aids and adaptations.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Championing inclusive design and accessibility across housing services.
