Responsibilities
- Ensure timely tracking of all leads and enrolments on enrolment trackers and tools in line with agreed process.
- Ensure timely tracking of all stakeholder relationships via CRM in line with agreed process.
- Ensure timely liaison with DAS administrator to ensure employer accounts are in place prior to initial assessment events.
- Represent the business development team at initial assessment events, as appropriate for your area, or in line with reasonable requests.
- Ensure employer understanding of all paperwork signed at initial assessment events.
- Take responsibility for compliant enrolment of apprentices in your area, in line with agreed process.
- Represent the college group at appropriate external events, in line with reasonable requests.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings, ensuring timely action on employer needs, leads and conversions.
- Utilise social media in line with group policies and agreed KPIs to market our offer by sharing appropriate messaging, success stories and opportunities.
- Actively participate in college group 1:1 and appraisal process, undertaking any required CPD as agreed with your manager.
- Consistently meet or exceed employer engagement and sales targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed conversion targets for learner progression.
- Actively participate in team / departmental activity, sharing lessons learned and acting on these to ensure continual improvement of the employer / learner experience.
- Actively encourage feedback from employers and learners in line with procedures and targets, ensuring lessons learned are shared and acted upon as appropriate in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Customer Service or Sales Qualification is desirable.
