The purpose of the HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Officer role is to ensure the HubSpot CRM platform is well maintained, accurately configured, and used consistently to support effective lead management and a positive employer experience.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including system configuration, automation, data management, and reporting.
- Ensure records are accurate, processes are clearly defined, and information flows correctly through the system so that leads are tracked, progressed, and handed over in a reliable and consistent way.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the efficient operation of CRM processes, improve data quality and visibility, and reduce manual effort through well-designed workflows and system improvements.
- Focus on maintaining a robust and reliable CRM environment that supports business activity, rather than driving sales outcomes directly.
- This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with opportunities to build deeper expertise in CRM management, automation, reporting, and process improvement as the organisation grows.
- Based at any SHCG site.
- Experience building and maintaining forms, lists, contact properties, basic workflows and automations, email campaigns and simple nurture journeys.
- Experience in creating basic workflows/system changes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience working with systems such as a CRM system in a hands-on role.
- Knowledge of CRM principles and HubSpot functionality, including objects, data structure, system configuration, and user permissions to ensure consistent and reliable use of the platform.
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- L3 Marketing, digital, or related qualifications.
- HubSpot Academy certifications (e.g. HubSpot Marketing Software, CRM, Email Marketing) is desirable.
Ideal Attributes
- Ability to produce and maintain basic CRM reports and dashboards.
