We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Aeronautical. Deliver high-quality teaching and support across a range of learning environments, including classroom, tutorials, outreach, and student placements. The role includes full responsibility for planning, delivery, assessment, and student progress, alongside providing pastoral care as a Personal Tutor.

Role and responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging, student-centred learning programmes
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support achievement and progression
- Undertake administrative duties including preparation, marking, and record-keeping
- Support student welfare, discipline, and academic development
- Contribute to course organisation, including work placements and curriculum delivery
- Lead designated courses, including structure, delivery, and assessment planning
- Manage course documentation, quality processes, and team coordination
- Oversee assessment standards, compliance with awarding bodies, and student records
- Monitor course performance and implement improvements
- Support curriculum planning, review, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with college policies and quality frameworks
- Maintain accurate data on attendance, progress, and outcomes
- Liaise with employers, schools, parents, and external partners
- Support recruitment activities such as open evenings and admissions
- Contribute to marketing and promotion of courses
- Maintain up-to-date subject and teaching expertise
- Participate in appraisals, training, and teaching observations
- Contribute to wider college activities and initiatives
