We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Adult Online Manager Standards and Provision. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties
- To lead, manage and monitor the quality of the adult and online learning programme for SHCG.
- To ensure that the core key performance indicators for quality are identified and agreed with the Group Head and Director of adult online, commercial and HE.
- To lead and develop all relevant documentation to support the quality processes.
- To lead on 5 Deep Dive activities, the completion of relevant reports and follow up with any support required.
- To carry out and lead on Quality Assurance activities as deemed appropriate by the Group Head of Adult, Online and community learning, this will include Observations of TLA, desk-based research (e.g. ProMonitor compliance audits) and 5 deep dive activity.
- To produce monthly reports for trainers and hold trainers to account for their data producing formal and informal development activities where necessary.
- To provide leadership coordination in preparation for, during and following Ofsted inspections, around funded learning provisions.
- To monitor and report on risks pertaining to community and online adults.
- To work closely with the online learner experience manager and relevant departments to ensure a quality IAG and learner recruitment process for adult learners across SHCG.
- Provide leadership and management of the adult and community quality learning area of provision.
- To develop partnerships and exploit all networking opportunities with community partners in order to bring the adult and community learning offer to the widest possible audience.
- To work with the online learner experience manager to advance the quality of provision throughout the community learning area, to include application/enrolment; retention; achievement; success; progression; outcomes for learners.
- To provide timely and accurate data, reports and information as required by the SHCG's procedures for the community and online area learning area.
- To develop and ensure the effective promotion of the adult and community learning provision offer in conjunction with SHCG's marketing department.
Skills/Experience
- Experience of developing and implementing successful stakeholder-led adult and community learning programs.
- Experience of engaging with partners and employers to connect local people to emerging employment and skills opportunities.
- Knowledge of Adult Education policy and funding requirements in line with EFSA guidelines and SHCG requirements.
- Experience of managing courses and staff to deliver high quality level provision across the community.
- Experience of supporting the quality of provision throughout the adult and community learning area, to include application/enrolment; retention; achievement; success; progression; outcomes for learners.
- Experience of providing timely and accurate data, reports and information as required by the College's quality procedures for the adult and community across SHCG.
- Experience of working with external agencies and internal departments to ensure effective promotion of a quality offer.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- IQA qualification/TAQA.
