We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled SEND Employability Hub Operational Officer. This is a full time, term time only opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a joined up and high performing employability offer for SEND young people that maximises progressions into sustained employment.
- Develop links and progression pathways for SEND Employability Hub learners into meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities (Apprenticeships, Paid Employment, Supported Internships).
- Work with local feeder school SENCo’s and identify Year 11 potential Hub students and develop transition for those identified.
- Work with the marketing team to promote the Hub with bespoke target audiences.
- Develop personal progression/learner plan/vocational profiling with accredited employability elements.
- Lead on EHCP annual reviews for Hub students, liaising with colleagues to deliver individual reviews with all hub activities related to in PfA outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of planning sequential lessons to meet outcome.
- Experience of coaching individuals to achieve a goal.
- Experience of working with EHCP high needs students.
- An innate desire to secure the best possible outcomes for all students, including those with SEND.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
Qualifications:
- Maths and English level 2 or above.
- Relevant qualifications in any of the following areas: counselling/IAG/mentoring/coaching.
