We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Lead Business Partner. We offer great benefits including:

Duties:

  • To actively manage the caseload of employers in your agreed sector in line with their needs.
  • To actively promote the breadth of the college group offer across your employer sector in line with agreed KPIs to strengthen relationships in line with stakeholder needs.
  • Work with curriculum partners and group recruitment personnel to ensure compliant and timely enrolment of Apprentices to relevant programmes in line with their job descriptions.
  • Attend external events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation.
  • Host internal events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation.
  • To actively convert opportunities from WEX placements to Apprenticeship opportunities, working with partners across teams to convert all available opportunities in line with KPIs.

Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge and Understanding of Apprenticeship delivery and legislation as well as their funding requirements.
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders & external companies.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, and identify tasks to be undertaken within the remit of the post.
  • Independent travel between sites will be required so driving licence and transport is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification.
