Responsibilities

The purpose of the HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Officer role is to ensure the HubSpot CRM platform is well maintained, accurately configured, and used consistently to support effective lead management and a positive employer experience. The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including system configuration, automation, data management, and reporting. This includes ensuring records are accurate, processes are clearly defined, and information flows correctly through the system so that leads are tracked, progressed, and handed over in a reliable and consistent way.

Working closely with internal teams, the role supports the efficient operation of CRM processes, improves data quality and visibility, and helps reduce manual effort through well-designed workflows and system improvements. The focus is on maintaining a robust and reliable CRM environment that supports business activity, rather than driving sales outcomes directly. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with opportunities to build deeper expertise in CRM management, automation, reporting, and process improvement as the organisation grows. Ensuring that students are informed of what is expected of them at every stage of their programme and that an awareness of what the programme involves is a feature of all reviews undertaken with students.
