We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated ALS and Exams Access Administrator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Role and responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning Support (ALS) team, including handling enquiries, calls, messages, and purchase orders.
- Process and record in‑year ALS admissions forms and maintain accurate electronic and paper records, including regular audits and updates.
- Produce required documentation for evidencing support for EHCP students and ensure all learner information is handled confidentially in line with GDPR.
- Support preparation of documents and evidence for assessments and attend sensitive meetings to take minutes (e.g., annual reviews).
- Liaise with external organisations, schools, parents/carers, curriculum teams, Health & Safety, and other stakeholders to support ALS and EHCP processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for ALS/EHCP enquiries and provide high‑quality customer service to students, staff, parents, and external partners.
- Assist wider college departments (e.g., Apprenticeships, Safeguarding) with related administrative tasks when required.
- Represent ALS at open events and school careers evenings during peak periods.
- Support timetabling and tracking personalised timetables for students with support needs.
- Assist with administration of exam access arrangements, including obtaining Form 8 evidence, preparing documentation, coordinating assessor resources, and processing online EAA applications.
- Ensure all required evidence and documentation is collected, uploaded, and stored correctly on college systems.
- Support general exam administration and provide occasional cover across Student Support.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties within the scope of the role.
