Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help ensure a smooth, accurate enrolment experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year. We're recruiting six temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including MIS & Enrolment Support, to assist with enrolment processing using ProSolution and provide essential behind-the-scenes support.
- Support enrolment processing using ProSolution (Management Information System)
- Assist with appointments, queries, and on-site processes
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance
- Work collaboratively across teams during peak periods
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills
- A proactive, flexible approach
- Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to support students
37 hours per week starting 24 August to 18 September 2026 (4 weeks). Valuable experience in MIS, student services, and enrolment operations.
