This great opportunity is for someone with an interest in transport in the local area and to join an established team supporting streetcare services.

Working within a friendly and established team, under the supervision of the workshop manager, you will assist in the delivery of high-quality administration support to the wider StreetCare department and its customers. It will be your responsibility to provide a wide variety of support, answering general enquiries, telephone and online communication, and providing information relating to transport services. You will raise invoices, purchase orders, chase unpaid invoices, take payments over the telephone and process requests for licences and services. Daily, you will collect information, maintain records, prepare documents and other materials to a high standard, following a clear brief, and will use established formats, software and procedures.

We require you to have an educational standard of five GCSEs above grade C, to include maths and English, or relevant NVQ2 level qualifications. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to interact in an effective and efficient way.
