South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Corporate Lead Specialist to embed resident voices in decision-making, lead consultation and engagement activity, and advise on when and how to consult. You will interpret findings to inform policy and drive service improvement, building consistent approaches across the organisation with training and guidance.
You will shape how consultation supports priorities, promote its value with partners, and ensure alignment with guidance, legislation and best practices.
