As an Administrator, you will provide detailed and accurate administration support to ensure that records and reports are up to date. Your work helps the wider People Department deliver the best possible services to those in the community who may need it the most.

What You Will Be Doing

Providing administrative support to managers, ensuring work is efficient and procedures are followed.

Arranging meetings, inputting data accurately into computer systems and distributing minutes within given deadlines.

Taking accurate minutes and notes at confidential and sensitive meetings, ensuring documents are produced to a high standard.

Supporting customers with specific service processes and procedures, escalating concerns or queries where necessary.

Recording, collating, and maintaining records and analysing information to ensure accurate statements are produced and data is retrieved from computerised systems and interpreted.

What We Need From You

Hold at least 3 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) or an equivalent qualification including maths and English, or have equivalent relevant experience in office administration.

Be able to take and type accurate minutes of meetings and format documents to a high standard.

Prioritise your own workload, work on own initiative and meet deadlines.

Be able to use databases, run reports, analyse data and present findings.
