  • FTE Salary: up to £37,545.00 + £1,500 uplift for Team Leader responsibilities (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Actual Salary: up to £30,441.89
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part‑Time

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the CIPS delivery team by acting as the primary point of contact for staff, learners, and stakeholders, providing clear day‑to‑day direction, guidance, and communication to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across the provision.
  • Oversee and manage team timetables to ensure that teaching, assessment, and learner‑support activities are efficiently scheduled, aligned with curriculum requirements, and structured to maximise staff capacity and learner experience.
  • Plan, organise, and manage all CIPS exam series by coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with awarding‑body regulations, overseeing invigilation arrangements, and communicating exam requirements clearly and promptly to staff and learners.
  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and follow‑up for External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits by ensuring all assessment records, sampling plans, curriculum documentation, and learner portfolios are accurate, compliant, and ready for review, while acting as the main contact and driving any required quality improvements.
  • Deliver high‑quality teaching and assessment across CIPS Levels 3–6, applying robust assessment practices, providing timely and constructive feedback, and supporting learners' progress, performance, retention, and achievement through effective monitoring and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders, programme leads, and administrative teams to ensure accurate tracking of learner data, compliance with SLAs, achievement of curriculum performance targets, and continuous improvement through curriculum development and standardisation activities.
