Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support recruitment of Construction Apprenticeships
- Take responsibility for a cohort of Construction apprentices
- Support ongoing improvement of SGS Apprenticeships provision
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and take reasonable care in all activities
- Carry out any other duties assigned by your line manager or Head of Sector, relevant to your grade

- Experience coaching and mentoring trainees
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or Functional Skills
