Responsibilities
- Champion the benefits of work placements to both students and employers
- Support learners 1:1 and in group settings to prepare for and succeed in their placements
- Visit students on-site and maintain strong communication with employers
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to monitor and enhance learner performance
- Ensure employer sites meet health & safety standards
- Track progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Build and nurture long-term employer partnerships
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records to support learner success
Qualifications
- A confident, enthusiastic communicator with a passion for helping others
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A natural relationship-builder who can mediate and motivate
- Strong IT skills and the ability to travel independently
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
