LEVEL 7 (FROM £33,366) | FULL TIME – 37 HOURS | FIXED TERM UNTIL 31/03/2026 We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong background in resident engagement. As the Resident Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with residents, colleagues and partners to drive service improvement, meet the requirements of our Resident Engagement Strategy and The Charter for Social Housing Residents. You will bring experience of working with residents successfully to promote participation and engagement, preferably in a housing environment. You will need to demonstrate that you have a good understanding of resident participation principles and practice. Excellent communication and partnership working skills will be essential.
