Community Transport Driver (PCV) - Term Time Only

25 Hours per Week | £15.21 per Hour

We are seeking a professional and dependable PCV Driver to join our transport team. This role involves providing safe, reliable transport for vulnerable children, young people, and adults, helping them access education, activities, and essential community services.

\n
As a PCV Driver, you will safely transport passengers while complying with road traffic regulations, conduct daily vehicle checks, assist passengers including wheelchair users, operate accessibility equipment, secure passengers safely, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation. You will work with Passenger Assistants and communicate professionally with passengers, families, and clients to ensure excellent customer care.

Applicants must hold a valid Category D or D1 PCV licence and a current CPC Qualification Card. A minimum of three years' bus or coach driving experience is required, along with no more than three penalty points. Understanding of disability awareness and excellent communication skills. An enhanced DBS check is required.
