We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants at our STEPHENSON ROAD Campus to help with the exceptionally busy student enrolment period. If you have good IT literacy, customer service skills, or data input experience, we would like to hear from you. The post holders will work closely with the college information services team and gain valuable work experience.
Key responsibilities:
- ‘Meet and Greet’ duties – welcoming and assisting students during enrolment.
- Data entry for enrolment records.
Training will take place on 10th and 11th August 2026 at Southend Campus – please ensure you are available for these dates. Only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period. Additional hours will be made available closer to the enrolment date. Flexibility on work‑based locations would be advantageous.
Minimum requirements:
- IT literacy, customer service or data entry experience.
- Availability for training and enrolment period.
