We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants to help with the extremely busy student enrolment period. Applicants should have good IT literacy, customer service skills, or data entry experience. The post holders will work closely with the college information services team and will gain valuable work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet duties with students and staff
- Data entry for enrolment records
Training and Availability:
Training will take place on 10th and 11th August 2026 at Southend Campus. Applicants must be available for these dates and include their availability in their supporting statement. Only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period. Additional hours may be available closer to the enrolment date. Flexibility on work location would be advantageous.
