We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join the Department of Service Industries, which has an expanding Travel and Aviation Curriculum area. The successful applicant will have industry experience and will teach across a range of awarding bodies.
Candidate requirements:
- Hold Level 2 & 3 in crew/aviation
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Qualified teacher with past experience of teaching in FE
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use tracking systems
- Must have experience in the travel and tourism industry
The Lecturer will be responsible for supporting positive behaviour and attendance of the cohort while working with other members of the team and NOK. The post holder will ensure the needs of learners come first and provide opportunities for them to achieve their full potential within a safe, stimulating and supportive environment. You will be required to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, developing appropriate teaching techniques and materials that enable all learners to achieve their full potential and take account of educational initiatives.
Campus base: Thurrock. 29.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
