We are looking for an experienced lecturer in health and social care to join our supportive and friendly team in the School of Service Industries at Thurrock campus. The team is committed to supporting the needs of the local community and requires staff to deliver high quality teaching and learning, as well as tutorial and enrichment activities, to learners currently on programmes ranging from E3 to Level 3.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, tutorial and enrichment activities to learners across a range of programmes, from E3 to Level 3.
- Attend marketing and recruitment events as required.
Qualifications
- Relevant subject qualification (HND or above).
- Teaching qualification.
- Recent relevant industry experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to meet the quality standards required of the college and the awarding organisations.
- Understanding of BTEC qualifications, NCFE qualifications, gateway qualifications and T levels (desirable).
